Top 10 technologies invented by Indians
1)- AJAY BHATT:- He is an Indian who joined Intel company in 1990 & developed USB, he also invented accelerated Graphics Port & he has also contributed to the development of PCI Express. He is from Baroda(Gujrat) & he is a graduate. He is working as Chief IO Architect in Intel. He has registered 10 such patents on his name.
USB (Universal Serial Bus):- USB is a common interface that enables communication between devices and host controllers such as a computer or laptops. It is used to connect peripheral devices such as keyboards, scanners & printers, etc.

2 )-Arun Netravali:- he is an IITn he completed his studies from IIT Bombay(Mumbai). He has joined Belz laboratories in the 90's and helped in the development of the HD TV. He also worked at NASA. He has given lectures MIT.
HD TV:- High Definition television(HDTV), is a television System providing image resolution that is of substantially higher resolution than that of standard definition.
3 )-Krishan Bharat:- principal research scientist at Google, he developed the google news concept, In 2003 he was awarded the world technology award. Google news works in many countries. In 2004 he had handled the google center in Bangalore for 18 months.

FIBER OPTICS:- fiber optics cable is a technology that uses glass or plastic threads(fibers) to transmit data. it consists of a bundle of glass threads, each of which is capable of tramitting the data, modulated onto light waves. fiber optic cables have a much greater bandwidth than metal cables.
