Ans- Ans- This will be the first question that you will be asked when you go for an interview. it is an opportunity for you to impress your interviewer with your first impression, cause the first impression is the last impression. To impress your interviewer you can use these points while giving an Answer to this question

  • What  Answer Interviewer Want. 
  •  The Formula.
  • Do Not Think About English Grammer Just Be fluent.  

 

Formula for Fresher Interviewee:- 

Hii! + Your Name + Your Education with Percentage(Optional) + College\University + Your Basic Education (10th\12th) + Board(Optional) + 10th\12th Marks + Your Accomplishment. 


Example - 

Hii!  My name is Vishal Agrahari, I'm from Mumbai, I have Completed My Graduation  with 78% from Mumbai University specialized in Bsc(IT). I have done my 10th & 12th from UP Board. I have got 67% in 10th & 64% in 12th. Along with my degree i have learned Java, .Net & SQL courses during my graduation that helped me to develop my final year project. 


2- Why Do You Want This Job?


Ans- So before going for an interview you must read about the company.  research a little bit about the company before appearing for the interview. have some information about the company like what is the company about, what the company produces, etc. That will help you to answer this question.

Example

I have seen your company consistantly listed as one of the best places to work. I would love to be a part of this team because i have read that your company's culture is to encourages learning & developments of the employees. I would love to join your innovative team to continue to create great work & grow within the company by learning new skills.


3- Why Should We Hire You?


Ans- This is one of the critical questions where all the interviewees get stuck especially, freshers. They don't know what to say at that time. At that time you need to focus on your skills that is required for the company.

Example

Sir! As I am fresher, I have thearaticle knowledge but i have the hunger of learning new skills & i can do hardwork for the company and I will put all my efforts for the progress of the company. If you give me an opportunity to work in company i wiil prove you that your decision of selecting me will not be wrong.
 

4- What Are Your Salary Expectations?


Ans- This is the most confusing question that interviewer asks to you in the interview, where all the fresher or for whom this is the first interview they gets confused that what to say sometimes candidates become excites & they tells the amount to the interviewer. But this is wrong to tell your salary expecations if you are a fresher. 

You can answer this question like this.

Example -

 Sir! As per the company norms!! because I'm a fresher & right now for me work   experience is important & learning is important. 

5- Where do you see yourself in five years?


Ans- The Questions Where do you see yourself in five years? is like the interviewer wants to know about your short\long term goals by asking this queston and he tries to know that you are really passioniate about this company or not or you will do work in this company for sometime & then run away. You can answer this question as given in the example.

Example -

1)- Sir! my short term goal is to become a key player in the company and my long  term goal is to be in a respectable position in the company.

2)- In the next 5 year i would like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibility, knowledge and skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality\position and taking decisions for this organization & encourage my juniors to give their best.
